POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Analyst will support installation and refinements related to improving operational initiatives, quality assurance and regulatory compliance efficiently within the sales organitation. This role requires a working, and comprehensive understanding of internal and external experience of a fast paced unsecured loan origination division. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts sales workflow process mapping; analysis and recommendations to improve workflow effciency
• Supports the introduction of new or enhancements to existing tools and modeling the effectiveness of those tools
• Conducts process and data analysis in support of multiple process-related components of large enterprise-wide projects with the goal of optimizing process effciency
• Contributes to managing a detailed project plan including key process component deliverables from current state analysis to future state implementation, and then follows that plan to its timely completion
• Collaborates with key internal stakeholders, business partners, consultants, and vendors in gathering and suggesting important requirements for success while also providing regular project status updates
• Performs a thorough risk assessment before implementing any new and significant process improvements and properly weighs anticipated benefits with associated risks
• Effectively persuades and influences senior leadershipusing proven data and cost-benefit analysis when recommending optimization improvements
• Supports Process Engineer in ensuring that effective controls are in place to ensure that process improvement results are sustainable over time as the organization and individual business units continue to grow rapidly
