Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Kevin Evernham has been promoted to Principal of the firm’s Phoenix office. In this role, Evernham will be responsible for the overall growth and management of the firm’s business in Phoenix.
“Kevin has done an outstanding job of maintaining Ware Macomb’s existing clients while adding new clients and project types to the Phoenix portfolio,” said Lawrence R. Armstrong, Chief Executive Officer of Ware Malcomb. “He has been especially instrumental in capturing additional restaurant projects for Ware Malcomb, including new prototype designs and projects in various locations. His great skill in both site design and office management will continue to serve our Phoenix market well for years to come.”
Evernham joined Ware Malcomb’s Phoenix office in 2012 and took over the leadership of the office six months later as Regional Manager. In 2015 he was promoted to Regional Director, leading the growth and management of the Phoenix team.
Throughout his career, Evernham has been the Architect of Record on over 1,000 projects across the United States for high profile clients, including many Fortune 500 companies. His experience with multiple firms, as well as running his own firm for seven years, includes firm management, design direction, project management, marketing, code analysis and staff development. He has designed award-winning projects in the areas of office, retail, industrial, restaurant, high-tech, and multifamily projects.
Evernham earned his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and his Masters of Architecture from Arizona State University. He is a registered architect in all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
