Matrix Medical Network, a national leader in prospective medical assessment services for Medicare Advantage plan members, announced today that Timothy Nolan, who has more than 25 years of health care industry experience, has joined its Board of Directors and will serve as the company’s first independent director. Nolan will advise the company’s leadership as it refines business strategy and develops future growth opportunities.
“We’re honored that Tim has agreed to join our board and that we will have his wealth of industry knowledge to assist us as we make critical strategic decisions that will drive additional growth for Matrix,” said Randy Dobbs, chief executive officer. “Tim’s executive acumen and deep health care market experience will help guide us as we continue to grow our business.”
Nolan most recently served as the executive vice president of government programs at Coventry Health Care. Previously, he was the chief operating officer at RecoverCare, a provider of equipment and services to the acute and long-term care markets. Earlier he held a variety of sales, marketing and operational management positions at Coventry and Aetna.
